TUMONZ Property Module

What is the Property Module?

TUMONZ includes the current Property module at the time of purchase. The Property data set is very dynamic with many thousands of changes each month. You can update you data at any time by ordering the Property module OR order a quarterly update from the Purchase page.

The Property module provides the current LINZ legal and title information (including area, title number, legal description, owner, mortgage and other encumbrances). It enables Search capability on Owner and Company. In addition, you can select any parcel and at the click of a button, generate a comprehensive Property Report completely within TUMONZ. You may also generate the Property Report by entering Title Number. Select a property on the map and with the right click command ‘Make Editable’ you have now made an instant copy of the parcel to for instance, add a semi-transparent colour fill (showing area and length of boundary and compass bearings) and print OR ‘copy to clipboard’ OR view in the embedded Online Map.

If you have aerial photo modules, the legal & title information will show on your aerial photos.
